Starting VR testing

I got the Link cable this week, and went through a relatively obsessive testing period using

- Unity 2019.2

- Unit 2018.4 (whatever the LS build is)

- SteamVR

- VRTK (official and community build for Steam 2.0+)

- Oculus SDK

Overall it seems clear that in order to work with Oculus's experimental features, I need to closely follow the Oculus SDK workflow, instead of working with SteamVR or VRTK. I made a video detailing my tests, but am not uploading it here, since it's best presented in person when I can move around the timeline and compare and talk.
